In 1994, Red Oaks Estates was established on the banks of the Flint River by George Brannen II. A lifelong hunting enthusiast and outdoorsman, Mr. Brannen was attracted to the property by its upland longleaf pine, red oaks, and beautiful hardwood flats, which sprawl over 3,000 acres in Southwest Georgia’s Worth County.

Now, 3 generations in, it is fully female-run, reflecting Mr. Brannen’s signature hospitality and his focus on land conservation. Our staff and guides work hard to ensure enjoyable, successful hunts that leave lasting memories and draw you back each year.
